Red

Cabernet Sauvignon-Cabernet Franc

Produced in 2022 from a 1:1 co-fermentation of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested from D-VIN URLA vineyards, our wine is a perfect blend of elegance and powerful character. Combining the best qualities of both grape varieties, it offers wine lovers a complex, deep, and balanced wine experience. Aged in the bottle since 2022, this blend, thanks to its aging potential, further develops and matures over time. It can be enjoyed immediately or stored for many years.

It has light spicy, floral and fruity notes from Cabernet Franc, with red fruits (cherry, blackberry), green pepper, tobacco and light herbal aromas, and dark fruity aromas from Cabernet Sauvignon (blackened cherry, black currant). During the aging process in the bottle, it may acquire more intense spice, vanilla and woody notes.

Cabernet Franc adds elegance, vibrancy, and a fresh fruity texture to the wine, while Cabernet Sauvignon provides structural depth, density, and a long finish with powerful tannins. With the complex structure it acquires over age, it possesses qualities that will please wine lovers.

This blend, with its strong and complex structure, perfectly complements a variety of dishes. It pairs particularly well with rich and intensely flavored meals. It pairs beautifully with red and white meats, cheeses and cheese dishes, barbecue, spicy/sauce-based dishes, dark chocolate and coffee-based desserts, and dried fruits and nuts.

Ox-eye - Shiraz

Produced through a 6/1 co-fermentation of Shiraz and Öküzgözü grapes, our wine boasts a rich and dynamic harmony. Both grape varieties contribute depth, freshness, and character to the wine, resulting in a dynamic taste profile.

Shiraz's dark fruit (blackened cherry, blueberry, blackberry) and spicy notes like clove, along with earthy tones, combine with Öküzözü's fresh red fruit (cherry, pomegranate, and raspberry) and acidic texture to give the wine a rich and multi-layered aroma profile.

The strong tannins and dense structure of Shiraz are balanced by the lighter tannins and vibrant acidity of Öküzgözü, giving the wine both richness and a refreshing taste. The intensity of Shiraz in the blend provides depth and a long finish to the wine.

This blend, aged in the bottle since 2022, develops and matures further over time thanks to its aging properties. It can be enjoyed immediately or stored for many years.

This blend offers excellent pairings across a wide range of dishes, from red meats to spicy meals. Examples include red and white meats, cheese and cheese dishes, and desserts made with dark chocolate or coffee.

Cabernet Franc

Produced in 2024 from Cabernet Franc grapes harvested from the Urla D-VIN vineyards, this wine stands out with its complex, deep, and balanced character. Its bottle-aging capability allows it to develop over time; it can be enjoyed fresh or stored for many years.

On the nose, fresh red fruit aromas (raspberry, strawberry, cherry) are prominent. Floral and herbal notes such as violet and green pepper are characteristically felt. Its medium-bodied structure blends silky tannins with vibrant and balanced acidity. Subtle spice touches offer an elegant and harmonious structure on the palate.

It pairs perfectly with dishes that have rich and intense flavors. It offers a balanced accompaniment to red and white meats, cheese dishes, barbecue, spicy/sauce-based dishes; dark chocolate and coffee-flavored desserts, dried fruits and nuts.

Syrah

This bright ruby-colored Shiraz intensely presents dark fruit aromas on the nose, such as ripe cherry, blackberry, and blueberry. Spicy notes like clove and black pepper are prominent in the background.

 

It stands out on the palate with its full body and strong tannin structure. The spicy character is balanced by lively acidity, giving the wine a rich, multi-layered structure. It has a long and persistent finish. It has development potential in the short to medium term.

 

Red meats pair perfectly with spicy dishes, cheese recipes, dark chocolate, or coffee-based desserts.

 

White

Sauvignon Blanc

Made from grapes grown in the high-altitude vineyards of Urla, this Sauvignon Blanc offers a youthful, vibrant, and clear appearance with its bright golden yellow color. Reflecting the characteristics of the regional terroir, this wine has a high aromatic intensity.

On the nose, aromas of lemon peel, green apple, lime, and freshly cut herbs reflect the typical character of Sauvignon Blanc. In the background, touches of white flowers and ripe peach show a balanced development.

With its high acidity, it offers a refreshing and vibrant character. On the palate, citrus and green fruit notes stand out, while floral and mineral notes provide a long-lasting finish.

 

With its high acidity, aromatic and fresh character, it complements a wide range of dishes.
Seafood and white fish, fresh goat cheese, low-salt feta cheese and mildly blue cheeses, vegetable dishes such as asparagus, artichokes, zucchini, green beans, lemongrass sautés, mildly spiced noodles, lime chicken, and cilantro salads (provided they are not too spicy or overly seasoned) are recommended as accompaniments to Asian cuisine.
