Winery

Located at Kuşçular Köyü Camiatik Mahallesi, Yabangülü Sokak, No:18, Urla, İzmir, our winery has a production capacity of 22,000 liters per year. Established and put into operation with "Facility Establishment Permit" dated 01.07.2019 and numbered E.1965831, the winery is located in the same area as our vineyard and is equipped with all the necessary equipment for high-quality wine production, including processing, fermentation, and aging of grapes, as well as steel tanks and a temperature control system. The winery's cellar is designed underground, taking advantage of the slope of the land, to provide natural temperature and humidity control.

Another advantage of the facility being built into the slope overlooking the Kuşçular plain, utilizing the natural slope of the land, is that it uses gravity during the production stages to transfer the grapes from the top floor to the fermentation tanks.

Energy efficiency was one of the most important considerations during the construction phase of the facility, and both the utilization of the slope for transferring grapes to the fermentation tanks and the underground placement of the production and storage areas were entirely aimed at serving this purpose.

Our facility, in line with the production goals of a boutique winery, includes technical equipment such as grape stem removal, fermentation tanks, press, pumps, filtration equipment, bottling and corking machines, and labeling machines, as well as areas for aging/storage and a wine cellar.

On the upper floor of the facility, you will find our tasting and presentation area where you can enjoy the view of the Kuşçular plain and our vineyard.
